Deadly influencer lifetime movie trailer 2017

I've been listening to the Dead's 60s output recently and quite apart from the jam and transition structure of the concerts, it's really amazing how much Jerry Garcia can sound like Avey. It's especially noticeable on songs like Rosemary, where even the vocal effects sound like something Avey would use. Anyone else noticed this? Also, any other noteworthy comparisons between AnCo and the Dead? I'm yet to listen to their 70s stuff, but I suspect I won't like it as much because it's more Americana style rather than psych jams...
